Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general. Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me!
