If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!

We had a fantastic experience with Kiara, she listens well and is detail oriented, very efficient, so the level of professionalism was what stood out about our experience working with Kiara. She was able to find us our home in a very short time, and did more than she needed to with regards to the process of negotiation, checking of apartment and handover. We were very satisfied with OKAY because of her.
