This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. Moving from Australia to Hong Kong with our dog, we had several non-negotiable criteria for an apartment and required a secured lease before we arrived. Several other agents were not able to assist, however Dorothy was by far the most helpful and diligent agent we encountered. Dorothy found an apartment that met all of our criteria and promptly arranged the lease and utility connections. I cannot recommend her services highly enough.
