Flo went above and beyond to assist us in optimizing our apartment situation, helping us navigate the challenges of the current market downturn. She competenly managed all the necessary renovations, ensuring our apartment was perfect for the new tenants. Her exceptional dedication significantly minimized our efforts. Thank you, Flo! Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.

Suk Yin (Shirley) was very warm, friendly and helpful. She provided a number of options for us to look at. She was patient and accommodating with our requests to revisit apartments we liked. She gave gentle reminders of what to look out for and also cared about details that we may have overlooked. It was a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend Shirley to my friends.
