We worked with Stephanie to buy a village house in Clearwater Bay. We found her to be an amazing agent, the best we have ever dealt with. Stephanie very clearly understood our requirements and worked out a very relevant list of houses for us to view over a number of weekends. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided invaluable advice on issues with the area and the houses we inspected. She acted much more like a trusted friend and consultant rather than an agent. Once we settled on the property, she was great in helping to work out a price and to get an agreement with the vendor. She also helped to advise on a solicitor as well as provide banking contacts for obtaining a mortgage. Even after the sale was finalised she continued to provide great support in helping us set up the house for our move. Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok!
