We recently moved house within Clearwater Bay and approached Kim to help source an appropriate property for our large family. She was prompt in finding suitable properties for us to view and we had the impression she was being very honest with us, an unusual trait with many other real estate agents. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork. Jayde from OKAY.com was recommended to us and with her help we were able to obtain a suitable apartment to rent within the first few weeks of arriving in Hong Kong.
