I am writing to praise and express my appreciation with the work of Dorothy on one of our residential properties on Hong Kong Island. We are a property investment company and we have been working with numerous agents. Dorothy impressed me a lot with her professionalism, efficiency and kind personality. The handover report is done perfectly with all the nicely taken pictures and captured all the necessary information in full details. Her after service follow up really impressed me the most.
