After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. Every listing she put forward for my consideration was in line with my needs and appealing. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to friends whether they are new to the Hong Kong real estate market or veterans.

Shirley is excellent. We have used her twice now and both times her hard work and dedication to us has been exceptional. Dorothy and OKAY.com exceeded my expectations in my search for a new flat. The whole process was very organized and quick. (We negotiated the price and signed the lease agreement on the same day as viewing the flat.) Dorothy was very professional and responsive and was not afraid to bargain down the price on my behalf. Dorothy also prepared a handover report and helped transfer the utilities to my name as part of her services. I will recommend her to all my friends.
