Shirley was very professional, when I was looking for a property to purchase with a limited budget, she listened to me about my criteria, she helped me screening some properties worth to purchase in few locations, so that I could narrow down my choices. We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork.
