Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

Personal service at its best - Jayde Pamuk really promoted the flat when it was on the market and always gave feedback when a potential client viewed the property as well as giving her own personal helpful comments. When a tenant was eventually found, the handover process was extremely efficient. Many thanks to OKAY.com and the highly professional Jayde.

I would like to thank Cindy for helping us finding our new happy home. She has been very helpful from start to finish and make sure everything is ok. She helped us transfer the utilities, contact the landlord to fixed little things with prompt reply. She’s nice, fantastic to work with and easy to communicate. A true professional.
