Stephanie helped us to find the perfect family home! All five houses which we viewed fitted our wishes really well, but the last one was just perfect. Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?
