It was a great pleasure to lease our apartment with Flo from OKAY. She was extremely well organized and we were amazed by her paperwork and efficiency! We were pleased to see her dedication and commitment- how she meticulously went through all details to make sure that all utilizes are set up and in proper working condition on behalf of the tenant. I was first contacted by Dorothy in 2019 when we had originally intended to relocate to Hong Kong from Sweden. Due to the challenging environment in 2020 our relocation was postponed to 2021. Every since first contact, Dorothy has been checking in on a regular basis to see how she could assist in our search for an apartment. What we really appreciate with Dorothy is that she is very personable and she really listened to our needs.
