My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. Lala helped me find my dream home. From the minute I met Lala, all our interactions were highly professional and handled with great care, diligence and experience. Lala helped me navigate the process (which was new to me), calmed my nerves and negotiated a fabulous deal for me. She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. I highly recommend Lala and would use her again!

Dorothy showed me exactly as per my brief and was extremely helpful during my search. Being totally new to the city and renting apartments I had looked at over 20 apartment before meeting Dorothy and liked none and with her I finalized just the 3rd flat I saw. She listened to all my needs and was aware of my budget. She was super responsive and extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make my move comfortable. She also has very good interpersonal skills. I can’t thank Dorothy enough and strongly recommend her.
