Shirley is very helpful and effective. I contacted three agents and she was the first to respond and the first to arrange viewing. She provided a lot impartial advice and has been very patient. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time!
