I met with Dorothy twice to look for a flat in Hong Kong. I found her to be very organized and helpful. Both times I was given a list of the properties that were to be viewed outlining the property features. I found this quite useful as it's easy to forget what each property offered after viewing so many! After finding a flat I liked (even though above my budget) Dorothy told me she would help to get me the flat within my price budget as she knew how much I liked it. Dorothy spoke to the Landlord and after 2 days the flat was mine! She helped with many questions throughout the contract signing process and helped setup all the utilities. Dorothy was a great agent to work with and I highly recommend her to help with your flat search in Hong Kong.

Our experience with Andrea couldn't be more different to what we experienced with other agents who were pushy and had bad follow up. Andrea listened and asked good questions about our lifestyle and needs/wants, more importantly, every time we stepped into a property, she was as engaged as us and would look around and check the place thoroughly to make sure there were no unpleasant surprises. Her friendliness, good nature and thoroughness made her a pleasure to work with, and most importantly, extremely good company when going about the punishing business of finding your dream apartment. I would recommend Andrea wholeheartedly!

Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).
