We recently moved from the UK to Hong Kong and Nina was our estate agent. Nina was very professional and knowledgeable about Discovery Bay and understood what we wanted straight away, finding us several properties that met our requirements. We found Nina extremely approachable, and always willing to go the ‘extra mile’ in helping us to find our perfect property. Above all, Nina made us feel really welcome within the local community and helped us settle into the Hong Kong/Discovery Bay way of life. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
