Lala helped me find my dream home. From the minute I met Lala, all our interactions were highly professional and handled with great care, diligence and experience. Lala helped me navigate the process (which was new to me), calmed my nerves and negotiated a fabulous deal for me. She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
