Dorothy was a great help to us in all areas of our search for a new property. We had quite a specific place in mind, with an average budget and she managed to bring us two several very high quality properties to choose from. We were so happy with one that we moved quite quickly to secure it. Dorothy was again extremely helpful in arranging all the contracts and utilities in a timely manner, and took all of the stress out of the Process. I was very happy with her service from start to finish - and she has even followed up on multiple occasions since we have moved to check if she could help in any way. Andrea is professional, patient, practical and understood our needs in terms of apartment size, layout and location. She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out. After sales service was fantastic as well. Super helpful.
