South Horizons 海怡半島

Perching on the southern tip of Hong Kong Island, South Horizons is well served by various modes of transportation including buses, minibuses and taxis. There are innumerable bus routes taking commuters to Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. South Horizons is a haven for families in a convenient location which is only four MTR stops away from Hong Kong’s bustling Admiralty district. The recent East Rail Line Cross-Harbour Extension further connects South Horizons to the comprehensive MTR network. Other than that, there is a car park at each phase offering a total of 1000+ parking lots for residents.

Secan Limited developed South Horizons as Hutchison Whampoa's second "Garden City" project while envisioning the urban concept of high rises in low density. In this construction, 18 residential blocks ranging in height from 30 to 40 storeys were built to house 4,998 apartments. Until Phase III, a 2-storey podium providing car parking spaces and a swimming pool were also constructed, alongside a roof garden and landscaped areas at the podium roof and seaside promenade.

South Horizons comprises 4 phases with a total of 34 blocks, ranging from 25 to 42 storeys in height, completed between 1991 and 1995 in Hong Kong. There are over 9000 units ranging in size from 632-1906 sq. ft of saleable areas, accompanied by an array of recreational facilities on the podium floors. These apartments feature a floor plan ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms of your choice to cater to different families’ housing needs. Set at the sea's edge, some blocks enjoy the vast harbour vista while others overlook spectacular mountains.
