Commanding the finest views across the Aberdeen Marina, LARVOTTO is situated on 8 Ap Lei Chau Praya Road along the eastern coast of Ap Lei Chau in the southern district of Hong Kong Island. LARVOTTO also provides a lush, verdant landscape backdrop to the scenic Yuk Kwai Shan, forming a tranquil and relaxing lifestyle. Completed in 2010, LARVOTTO was a joint project of Sun Hung Kai Properties, Kerry Properties and Paliburg Holdings in association with the architectural firm of Ronald Lu & Partners.

LARVOTTO comprises nine gently curving linear towers arranged along the waterfront. LARVOTTO’s nine towers make up three small blocks with residential floors starting from 7/F to 37/F and 39/F, consisting of 715 apartments for rent and sale in total. Towers 1 and 2 feature a twin-style design, facing southeast with spectacular views over the Aberdeen Channel and out across the South China Sea. Saleable area of LARVOTTO’s units ranging from 1,716 sq. ft. to duplexes measuring 3,026 sq. ft. Standard units span the 8/F to 36/F, two units per floor, and all are equipped with a veranda. Towers 8, 9 and 10 are also arranged in a row facing northeast with views of the Aberdeen Marina Club & Boat Club. There are four units per standard floor with saleable areas starting from 425 to 1,637 sq. ft., most of which feature a balcony or flat roof.
